Cara Barer and Mary Ellen Bartley will discuss their work at 3 pm, Saturday, June 28, at Sunset Center’s Carpenter Hall. The exhibit, curated by Jerry Takigawa, highlights two artists whose love of books developed into remarkable images. The reception, from 4 to 6 pm at the Center for Photographic Art’s gallery, will also offer an exciting opportunity to win a print, donated by each of the artists. ($5.00 per ticket, $20.00 for five tickets). The raffle will be open throughout the exhibition, which runs through August 9. We hope to see you there!
